Instructional Aide (6 hours)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide one-on-one support to students with special needs, helping them to engage in classroom activities and complete assignments;
• Assist students with disabilities according to their needs established in their IEPs;
• Knowledge of ABA therapies, or willingness to learn;
• Monitor student progress and behavior;
• Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment;
• Support students during transitions between classes and during lunch and recess.
